Everyone in the building has a job with regular hours and respects the other tenants' right to a quiet peaceful place to live. The kitchen / dining room. The door you see has been removed and there is now open access to the private laundry area and door to the private balcony.

A new door has been added at the top of the stairs going up to the 2nd floor (in the laundry area outside of the door you see in this picture) which makes the entire 2nd floor, all 1221 sq ft, part of suite A.

There is also a second entry door into the suite, which opens into the hallway by the bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room.

The dining area, where the sliver of the window you see beside the table faces west. This photo is looking into the living room to the south.

There is extra storage space in the form of pantry shelves to the left in the photo, as well as to the north of the dining area, beside the fridge (not pictured in this photo).

It is rare you will see this much storage in an apartment, but being 1221 square feet, there is definitely room for it!

The door you see on the left (with the whiteboard on it) is the doorway to the optional 520 square feet of attic space which would make the coolest studio ever.

Coming from the living room to the bedroom and bathroom area. You can just see the hinges of the ‘back’ door on the left, that goes downstairs to the west entrance of the building.

There are closets on both sides of the green bathroom, as well as in both bathrooms and off to the right (out of the picture) between the two bedroom doorways in the hallway. This place has more cupboards and closets than most, by far.

The 2nd bathroom is the empty room at the end of the hall (see the link further down for photos of the new bathroom). The 2nd bathroom has a new vinyl window, a black clawfoot tub, black high profile toilet, pink sink, and a retro style tile floor. It overlooks the back (north) yard. The original bathroom. It has a new tile floor, and the window opens onto the north hallway, where the private washer and dryer, and the door to the private balcony are.

As of May 2019, a 2nd bathroom with clawfoot tub was added.

On the left, is the closet to the right of the original green bathroom - there is also a closet to the left of that bathroom.

In the middle is the door to the room with the bay windows and the closet on the right is between the two bedrooms on the east wall.

In other words, there are three closets in the hallway which also has the entry door from the west side of the building.

This is the private laundry and is in the north foyer of the 2nd floor suite.

Next to the washing machine is the bathroom window. To the left (out of the photo) is the door to the private balcony and another storage closet .

This view is from the main entry door to the suite, making the entire 2nd floor (including the only access to the balcony) all part of Suite A.

The door you see on the extreme right has been removed, so the laundry area and access to the private balcony is now open to the kitchen.

Suite A is on the 2nd floor (not the dormer). The dormer is part of the attic, which is offered to the tenants of Suite A at an additional $150 per month. It would make a sweet workshop, artist's studio, or study.

The left window is the Living Room window, the right one is the south window in bedroom 2. Just around the corner, right by the tree trunk, is the east facing 2nd window of the main bedroom.

Below Suite A are Suites B (the three windows on the main level) and Suite C (not pictured as it is on the north side of the building).

1916 2½ story character building. It was a doctor's house at one time and was moved to it's current location in 1963 from the corner of Main St and 3rd Ave. It now has 4 suites.

One 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite takes up the entire 2nd floor and has exclusive laundry facilities.

One 2 bedroom suite is located on the main floor, and shares the floor with the 1 bedroom, but they have separate entrances.

One 2 bedroom is the only suite in the basement, along with the shared laundry (for the 3 smaller suites) and the boiler room.


The suites have a lot of original old hardwood floors (except the basement suite) as well as vintage lighting and other vintage fixtures, so this needs to be kept in mind when applying for a suite here. These items must remain in place and intact and removal or destruction will result in loss of damage deposit equal to replacement of vintage items at market value.
